DEJI OF AKURE COMMENDS OBA OLUGBENGA ADEWOLE ALUKO OLOJODA-ELECT OF ODA COMMUNITY

The Deji of Akure Kingdom,His Imperial Majesty Oba (Dr) Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi JP, CFR ODUNDUN II has commended the Olojoda-Elect of Oda Community Oba Olugbenga Adewole Aluko Ajiluyi Ekun Adegbemiro III for all he has done to transform Oda Community before he ascended the throne of his forefathers.
He made the disclosure when the new Olojoda-Elect Oba Olugbenga Adewole Aluko led his Council of Chiefs to pay homage to the Akure Monarch,Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi JP in his palace penultimate week.
“You have brought so many developments to Oda Community,many people have benefited from your kind gestures while religious and educational bodies cannot forget you easily due to your Heart of Gold”,Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi stated.
The Deji of Akure added that when the Olojoda-Elect was doing all these things,he never had it at the back of his mind, that one day he would become Olojoda of Oda.He was just doing good voluntarily knowing fully well that he is not a politician nor aspiring for any position.
Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi JP commended all the Kingmakers for being united, which translated into peaceful selection and emergence of Oba Olugbenga Adewole Aluko Ajiluyi Ekun Adegbemiro III as the Olojoda-Elect.
Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi JP appreciated Chief Mrs Orangun and Erelu-Iyaloja of Oda Community for their unalloyed support for the Olojoda-Elect Oba Olugbenga Adewole Aluko Ajiluyi Ekun Adegbemiro III.
Earlier before the visit,all the ten Kingmakers in Oda Community led by High Chief Adeolu Apanisile (Lisa) voted in favour of Oba Olugbenga Adewole Aluko Ajiluyi Ekun Adegbemiro III as the new Olojoda of Oda Community as the Akure South Local Government officials, the Police and other relevant security agencies were in attendance during the selection of the new Olojoda of Oda Community.
