ABIA STATE COMMISSIONER OF POLICE EXPECTED IN ONDO STATE AS SPECIAL GUEST OF HONOUR DURING TODAY’S NEWS INT’ MAGAZINE 2026: ANNIVERSARY

The Commissioner of Police Abia State, CP Afolabi Adetokunbo is being expected as the Special Guest of Honour during the forthcoming Today’s News International Magazine 2026 Anniversary, Lecture and Award stated to come up on Sunday 27th September, 2026 at PHARMACY HOUSE BESIDES GOVERNMENT HOUSE GROUNDS AKURE ONDO STATE by 2pm.
According to a Press Release made available to Journalists in Akure, the Ondo State Capital,the planning Committee stated that the occasion shall witness the unveiling of Today’s News International Magazine prints and online SPECIAL EDITION to mark the occasion.
Also, a lecture entitled THE PRECARIOUS SECURITY SITUATION IN NIGERIA; THE ROLES OF CRITICAL STAKE HOLDERS SHALL BE DELIVERED by a renowned jurist.
Among the Very Important Personalities being expected during the occasion are; His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Oba Ayodele Adegbogun Akinnadeju Aladeokun of Alade-Idanre,Hon.Isaacs Kekemeke (Chairman of the Occasion) Permanent Secretaries, Alhaji Shehu Abdulahi Dangari Sarkin Shasha Oba-Ile, Ondo State Commander VIGILANTES GROUP OF NIGERIA.
Others are political juggernauts,
Captains of Industries, Religious Leaders, Traditional Chiefs, CPS to the Ondo State Governor, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan,Ondo State Chairman of NURTW Ambassador Ademola Odudu, Tutor-Generals and other highly placed Nigerians who have distinguished themselves in their areas of human endeavours.
The occasion shall witness launching of twenty million naira in aid of Today’s News International Magazine digital machines and other equipment with a view to enhancing prompt dissertation of news and information across the world.
