ADEYEMI ADESIDA JOINS ONDO HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY RACE AS ADC ELECTORAL COMMITTEE DECLARES HIM WINNER OF AKURE SOUTH CONSTITUENCY 2 PRIMARY ELECTION

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) screening electoral committee in Ondo State has declared Prince Adeyemi Anthony Adesida as the winner of Ondo State House of Assembly to represent constituency 2 in Akure South local government ahead of incoming general elections.
According to him, the head of the electoral committee, Hon. Kunle Ajibola who declared him as the winner of the primary election recently conducted and monitored by the members of the committee said the constituency contained 5 wards which include wards 1, ward 2, ward 3, ward 10 and ward 11.
He said, Prince Adeyemi Adesida scoured the total number of 392 while his opposition Asiwaju Oladokun Babafemi scoured the total number of 204 and that Prince Adeyemi Adesida having scoured the highest number of 392 votes is hereby declared the winner of the primary election
The committee chairman said the contestants had earlier embraced themselves immediately after the outcome of that the election was free and fair, no victor, no vanquished, that every contestant who participated in that election did well.
In his congratulatory messages, Prince Adeyemi Anthony Adesida appreciated the members of ADC in Akure south constituency 2 as well as the leaders of the party saying they all did well for the success that led to his victory during the primary election.

Your confidence in my leadership is not just an honor; it is a profound responsibility that I wholeheartedly embrace. Together, we will proudly carry the banner of the African Democratic Congress into the 2027 general election.
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the five exceptional ward chairmen from Aponmu Ward 1, Gbogi/Isikan 1 Ward 2, Gbogi/Isikan II Ward 3, Oshodi/Isolo Ward 10, and Owode/Imuagun Ward 11.
